When asked to describe Caig in one word, customers and Realtors use words like reliable, honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. Caig has been originating residential mortgage loans since 2002 including three and a half years as an Underwriter. In his first year underwriting, he received the President’s Club award for Outstanding Operational Support. He is currently a Mortgage Loan Originator focusing on the South Whidbey Island market.
Caig has spent nearly his entire life in the Pacific Northwest, attended Central Washington University, and moved to Whidbey Island in 1999, where he and his wife raised their three children. He enjoys cooking and exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Caig appreciates the extra focus we can offer our customers while being large enough to provide a wide variety of competitive services and products. He enjoys working with customers to successfully navigate a sometimes-complex process.
